David (Dave) Drew, 42, suddenly passed away on March 27, 2025. Born April 7, 1982, in Waukegan, IL and lived in Waukegan for many years.
Dave enjoyed playing sports in high school, and loved to spend time up north with family at his parents' summer cabin. He was an avid fan of Texas A&M "Aggies" football, White Sox, and Chicago Bears. He enjoyed meeting new people and easily made new friends. He was a lover of dogs and raised many over the years.
Dave was preceded in death by his mother, Carol. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Michelle, his father, Steve, his brother, Mike (Vicki), special nieces, Natalie and Izzy, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will host a celebration of life on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 1 pm until 4 pm at Stone Creek Grill, 206 Sheridan Road in Winthrop Harbor, IL. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in support of diabetes or multiple sclerosis (MS).
