Linda Kay (nee Yonke) Leith, 77, of Zion passed away on June 27, 2024 with her loving family by her side.
She was born August 3, 1946 in Waukegan and was a lifelong area resident.
Linda was strong in her faith and committed to the Lord.
She was a nurse for 42 years and in 1980 was the set director nurse for Robert Redford on the movie Ordinary People.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Amy E. Leith of Antioch; sons, Derrek (Shana) Leith of Beach Park, Darrin (Claudia) Leith of Grayslake; grandchildren, Stephanie Loisel, Tyler Loisel, Amara Lieth, Nikolas Leith, Dominic Leith, Julia Leith, Ryan Leith, Aidan Leith; great grandchild, Jaylen Glover; grand puppy, Teddy Boo; sister, Adele (Roger) Anderson; brother, Jeff (Laura) Yonke; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; William and Rosette (nee Bresson) Yonke.
Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, Waukegan. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Mem
